Host Jeanne Benedict shows you how to throw a festive Salsa party.
|
In this episode host Jeanne Benedict helps party host Nikki throw a Salsa-inspired fete at her home. They create large flowers to decorate the buffet using old vases. The center of attention at the party is the food. Jeanne and Nikki make Tamales, a special Salsa Borracho and sweet cinnamon sugar tortilla cones. Right before the party they set up the buffet using terra cotta looking plastic pots, serapes and a special "bleacher" riser system. A Salsa and Mexican Cosmopolitan Bar is set up as well as all the other food that was prepared. During the party guests not only get to enjoy the food and decorations, a Salsa dance instructor drops by to teach a lesson.
