    Materials:

    Metallic paint (#671 -- Peridot, #669 -- Periwinkle)
    Stencil (#53601 -- Casa Blanca)
    Stamp (#53773 -- Leaf stamp)
    Spouncer (#1533 --Round sponge)
    Fabric ( #5590 -- Shimmer Velvet Aubergine, #5706 -- Chambray, #2698 -- Navy)

    1. Spray a stencil with adhesive and center on the fabric panel. Work on a padded surface such as an ironing board.

    2. Using a metallic acrylic paint, stencil the design onto the fabric (figure A).

    3. If working with a stamp, use a small roller brush to apply paint to the stamp. Wipe any paint off the edge of the stamp with a cotton swab.

    4. Press on the stamp, using body weight to get a solid imprint (figure B).

    5. Let the fabric dry overnight.

    6. Set the paint by putting the material in a dryer for about 45 minutes. Commercial dryers are good because they get hotter than residential models.

    7. Sew panels together and shape into pillow covers, adding luxurious trims and tassels (figure C).

    8. To cover a neck roll, simply sew a tube of fabric and tie off both ends with cording and tassels.
